Welcome to the future of Sports Performance Training!

MVP Sportsplex Sports Performance Training program is designed to identify what skills you, the athlete or future athlete, need to improve for a particular sport. Our highly certified team will then provide you with the training needed to reach a higher level of performance.

All programs are for ages 8+ and are directed by highly trained and certified staff including personal trainers, athletic trainers, strength and conditioning specialists and physical therapists. Our certifications come from the most respected organizations within our industry including NSCA, NATA, NASM and ACSM. For more information, contact the Fitness Manager, at 616-254-8800.

Programs

One-on-One and Partner Training
Are you up for the challenge? Work one-on-one with a trainer to improve your speed, agility, power, strength, flexibility, balance, and/or conditioning to achieve your maximum performance. Reduce the cost and increase the intensity of competition while working out with a partner. Rates vary according to trainer experience level.

Speed, Power, Agility, & Quickness Program (SPAQ)
Wanna get fast? Then this is the sports specific training program for you! This program is designed to be the top choice of performance training for junior and high school athletes in the West Michigan area. Athletes' training will include: strength, power, speed, agility, reaction, flexibility, and recovery. The SPAQ program runs every Monday through Thursday from 4:00-5:15pm. SPAQ is for ages 13-18.

Golf Conditioning
Hit the ball straighter and farther by getting in shape for the golf season using golf specific training techniques provided by MVP Sportsplex. This conditioning program includes golf specific weight, flexibility, balance and core training. Each participant meets twice per week.
