YOUR QUESTIONS ANSWERED

Why sell a short-term pool pass?
In an effort to reopen our outdoor pools as safely and quickly as possible while adhering to the set capacity restrictions recently passed down by the State, we created the Monthly Pool Pass as a short-term option for our members and summer customers to access the pools.
How did you price this short-term pass?
We understand this temporary option does not compare directly with our monthly memberships, but does provide a short-term option until we can resume full operations.

With the limits in capacity and the maximum number of passes we will sell, the price is a break-even opportunity to provide pool access as soon as possible.
I am an MVP Athletic Club member, can I access the outdoor pool before the club reopens?
No. Access to the pools will ONLY be available for those who have purchased the Monthly Pool Pass or by purchasing a Day Pool Pass onsite.
How will you handle the crowds and capacity at the pools?
Due to capacity restrictions, we will sell a limited number of pool passes for each location. This number was formulated based on a percentage over the adjusted capacity to hopefully limit any days we would reach full capacity.
Will there be lap swim lanes available for Monthly Pool Pass holders?
Yes! There will be one (1) lane reserved for lap swimming at MVP Athletic Club, Crahen.
As a Monthly Pool Pass holder, can I visit the other MVP outdoor pool locations?
No. Pool Pass grants access only at the location purchased. Cross-club usage is not allowed.
Are day passes available?
Yes! Day pool passes are available for purchase onsite. Day passes will NOT be available once our capacity for the day has reached 80%. Please check online capacity tracker for live updates.

Day passes will only be available for purchase via CASH or CREDIT CARD. Charge to Account "CTA" is not available.

Day Passes: $10/Adult (18+); $5/Child (1-17)

Guest Passes (via Health Points or other means) will not be accepted
What if the State lifts restrictions in August and the club is able to reopen?
When the restrictions are lifted and a reopening date is set, we will credit member accounts the unused portion of the Monthly Pool Pass.

LIVE POOL CAPACITY
