Training for Warriors
Group Ride
Pedal in groups, roll over hills, chase the pack, climb mountains and spin your way to burning calories and strengthening your lower body. This cycling program is geared for anyone that can ride a bike.
Yoga
Our yoga program allows anyone to participate in any class. Each instructor will provide professional feedback, variations and modifications to accommodate all fitness levels. Experience yoga and better your overall wellness program.
Training for Warriors
TFW is designed to develop muscular strength and mental fortitude. This holistic approach includes proper warm-up, strength, endurance, flexibility and speed training and is taught by a certified TFW coach. Hurricane days are made up of intense metabolic training while Strength days focus on fundamental strength training.

Functional Training
Train like a pro on our 40-yard functional and sports performance turf area. Space includes turf, strength training equipment and sprint track.
Locker Rooms
Enjoy locker rooms for men, women and families. Locker rooms include free daily lockers with private rental and laundry options available. Complimentary towel service is provided.
Aquatic Center
Make a splash in our indoor aquatic center features a 25-yard lap pool, sauna and whirlpool. Whether you’re an experienced swimmer or just getting started, we have the program for you.
Court Sports
From indoor basketball and racquetball courts to five (5) indoor tennis courts, we have everything you need to get active and have fun!
Kid Care
Sorry parents, this amazing fun zone is just for kids! Kid’s Stuff is a supervised space for ages 0-11. Members can enjoy up to three (3) hours a day of care, while parents enjoy their workout.

Orientation Session
Members receive one (1) free GAME PLAN orientation session with a certified Fitness Trainer. Session is designed to fully engage you into the club and get you on a plan to a better you!
Activity Rewards
MVP Health Points is our free healthy activity tracking and rewards program. Earn up to $150 easily by checking into the club, classes, training and more!
Outdoor Pool
Summer fun starts here! Our AWESOME outdoor aquatic center features a twisty slide, kid’s activity pool, lap lanes, play field, putting green, 1/2 court basketball, playground, concessions and family picnic area.
All-Star Upgrade
Become an ALL-STAR and get rewarded. Enjoy benefits that only MVP can offer like all-location access, bonus Health Points, Work-Space access, guest passes and so much more!
Work-Space
With the ALL-STAR membership upgrade, members can enjoy exclusive access to Work-Space by MVP. This casual, open community work-space is open Monday-Friday for ages 21+.
