In accordance with the latest MDHHS order, protective face MASKS must be worn AT ALL TIMES while inside MVP. Under this order, plastic face shields do not qualify. Cloth masks fully covering the mouth and nose only.

We carefully reopened our Athletic Club locations on Monday, September 14 with an approach that included new cleaning and safety protocols to ensure that confidence.

Through research, CDC guidelines and industry best practices, we have formulated extensive cleaning and sanitizing procedures, including the introduction of EPA registered disinfectants proven to eliminate COVID-19 on surfaces.
- Increased Frequency
Increased and more consistent cleaning and disinfecting of high-touch surfaces throughout the club.
- Sanitizing Stations
Hand and equipment sanitizing stations will be readily available throughout the club.
- Reinforced Protocols
Constant reinforcement of front-of-the-house and back-of-the-house sanitation procedures.
- Overnight Cleaning
Consulted with contracted cleaning company to ensure effective overnight cleaning products and procedures.

MEMBERSHIP / POINTS PLUS
This has been a difficult time and we know how important it is for our members to have the confidence and peace of mind that they are returning the safest environment possible. Whether you aren’t quite ready to walk through the doors or you’ve had a change in circumstances, we understand and have created a flexible membership option just for you.
Our POINTS PLUS program allows memberships to be placed on a hold status for an unlimited amount of time. When you are ready to come back, you will retain your initial membership dues pricing and will not be charged a re-enrollment fee. POINTS PLUS members will be charged a minimum of $8 per month, per member until the account is moved to “active”.
POINTS PLUS CONDITIONS
- POINTS PLUS allows memberships to be placed on “hold” status for an unlimited amount of time.
- Memberships are moved to POINTS PLUS starting on the first day of the next month.
- Beginning January 1, POINTS PLUS members will be charged a minimum of $8 per month, per member until the account is moved to “active”.
- If account includes multiple members and at least one member remains “active”, Primary membership dues and monthly POINTS PLUS fee will be assessed.
- If account includes permanent locker rental, member will continue to be charged locker rental fee while on POINTS PLUS. Member can cancel locker rental by visiting the service desk.
- Upon reactivation, member will retain their monthly membership dues structure given at the time of initial enrollment and no re-enrollment fee will be assessed.
- POINTS PLUS member will receive one (1) guest pass per month of POINTS PLUS status. Guest pass can be used by member and will expire at the end of month assigned. (Guests are not allowed during Phase 1 of reopening)
- POINTS PLUS member will continue to earn Health Points during time of POINTS PLUS status and will retain all points earned prior to entering the POINTS PLUS program.
- Once on POINTS PLUS, your membership will remain on hold until you manually login to your myMVP account and update your status to “Active” or visit the club and request to update your status.
