Yoga
Group Ride
Pedal in groups, roll over hills, chase the pack, climb mountains and spin your way to burning calories and strengthening your lower body. This cycling program is geared for anyone that can ride a bike.
Training for Warriors
TFW is designed to develop muscular strength and mental fortitude. This holistic approach includes proper warm-up, strength, endurance, flexibility and speed training and is taught by a certified TFW coach. Hurricane days are made up of intense metabolic training while Strength days focus on fundamental strength training.
Yoga
Our yoga program allows anyone to participate in any class. Each instructor will provide professional feedback, variations and modifications to accommodate all fitness levels. Experience yoga and better your overall wellness program.

Locker Rooms
Enjoy spa-quality locker rooms for men, women and families. Locker rooms include sauna and free daily lockers with private rental and laundry options available. Complimentary towel service is provided.
Kid Care
Sorry parents, this amazing fun zone is just for kids! Kid’s Stuff is a supervised space for ages 0-11. Members can enjoy up to three (3) hours a day of care, while parents enjoy their workout.

Orientation Session
Members receive one (1) free GAME PLAN orientation session with a certified Fitness Trainer. Session is designed to fully engage you into the club and get you on a plan to a better you!
Aquatics
Make a splash in our indoor aquatic center! Center includes a 25-meter lap pool and a warm water therapy pool for instruction and families.
Court Sports
From two (2) indoor basketball courts to our beautiful six (6) tennis court center, we have everything you need to get active and have fun!
Activity Rewards
MVP Health Points is our free healthy activity tracking and rewards program. Earn up to $150 easily by checking into the club, classes, training and more!
